By accessing or using the Flexpaisa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Flexpaisa is an Aggregator

Flexpaisa is a loan aggregator platform, not a lender. We do not provide loans, guarantee loan approval, or control the decisions of any lender. We facilitate connections between borrowers and potential lenders based on eligibility matching.

3. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Flexpaisa. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your PAN number, income details, and personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Indian laws including the IPC and DPDPA 2023.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

Appearing in our matched lenders list or receiving a loan offer through our platform does not guarantee loan approval. All final approval decisions are made solely by the respective lender based on their own underwriting criteria and credit assessment.

6. Consent to Contact

By verifying your mobile number via OTP on Flexpaisa, you explicitly consent to be contacted by Flexpaisa and our partner financial institutions via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or phone call regarding loan offers, platform updates, and related financial services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flexpaisa platform — including text, design, logos, code, data, and algorithms — is the exclusive intellectual property of Flexpaisa and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flexpaisa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: (a) use or inability to use the platform; (b) loan rejection by any lender; (c) any financial decisions made based on information shown on the platform; or (d) unauthorized access to your account.

9. Third-Party Links

When you click "Apply Now," you are redirected to a third-party lender's website. Flexpaisa has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Amendments

Flexpaisa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
