1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide during registration: your mobile number, name, email address, PAN number, date of birth, gender, monthly income, employment type, loan amount required, and pincode. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information when you verify your mobile via OTP.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: (a) match you with eligible loan offers from our partner lenders; (b) send you the OTP verification and welcome email; (c) track which lenders you applied to for your own reference; (d) improve our eligibility matching engine; and (e) comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. OTP Consent

By verifying your mobile number via OTP, you explicitly consent to be contacted by financial institutions and lending partners for loan-related services. We record this consent digitally, including your IP address, device information, and timestamp, as required by applicable RBI guidelines and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. When you click "Apply Now" on a lender, we redirect you to their website. The lender may collect additional information directly as part of their application process. We are not responsible for third-party lender privacy practices.

5. Data Security

All data transmission is protected using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Your data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas infrastructure hosted in India. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not store payment card information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. OTP consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@flexpaisa.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and improve your experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.
